Noventa is a growing mining company whose principle activities include mining and development of its large tantalum deposits in Mozambique. The coloured gemstone morganite has been discovered within the tantalum ore body at the Marropino mine and is being developed into a separate business.

The Company’s operations which are all in Mozambique and 100% owned include the:

• Marropino mine, processing plant and final beneficiation facility
• Morrua advanced development project, with associated exploration properties
• Mutala mining and exploration project
• Ginama and Gile exploration properties
